1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

are for digital music files and are considered final once the transaction is complete. Because digital content cannot be returned or “un-downloaded,” we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under normal circumstances.

2. Exception for Corrupt or Damaged Files

If a file is corrupt, damaged, or cannot be accessed after purchase:

You must contact us within 7 days of your purchase at info@stephendrapermusic.com.

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We will verify the problem and, if confirmed, provide a replacement file or issue a full refund at our discretion.

3. Unauthorized Sharing or Download Abuse

Refunds will not be granted in cases where files have been downloaded, copied, or shared in violation of our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to deny refunds for misuse or fraudulent claims.
